Each facility operates a fully equipped materials laboratory that is certified by SATRA and other independent auditors. PrimeAsia's laboratories in China and Vietnam are also compliant with testing protocols published by our various branded customers. Each and every production load will be tested within these laboratories against the specifications and standards stipulated by the customer. The laboratories are capable of performing a full range of physical tests along with a limited number of chemical analyses.
All leathers shipped by PrimeAsia facilities undergo a 100% inspection by SATRA trained and certified leather inspectors prior to shipment.
PrimeAsia offers several grading packages, using the standardized SATRA grading system, for our leathers. |
