Each of our facilities houses a SATRA-certified lab, ensuring compliance with testing protocols from various branded customers. Every shipment is tested against customer specifications, with our labs conducting physical and select RSL testing. Before shipment, every hide undergoes thorough inspection by SATRA-certified inspectors. PrimeAsia also provides multiple grading packages based on our SATRA grading system, ensuring consistency and quality at every stage. To support traceability, each hide is also assigned a unique identification FO# at final inspection prior to leaving the tannery.
